2. Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

3. Share your order number, product pictures, and reason for return via WhatsApp.

4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

5. Sale items are also eligible for refund or exchange within 3 days.

6. If the item was damaged or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by Style Up.
